We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return any product free of charge (except for final sale items, which are non-returnable). Returns must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. Please note that returns are free for fragrances and makeup orders within our delivery regions. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within fourteen (14) days of receiving your return request or the returned product(s). If you paid by Cash on Delivery, your refund will be issued via bank transfer.

All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, sealed, and include all accompanying documents provided at delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund any personalized, altered, or damaged products, nor items that are used, unsealed, incomplete, or soiled.

If your return does not meet these criteria, we will not be able to process a refund for the product(s).
