Once your package is delivered and signed for, it is no longer covered by insurance. A signature is required upon delivery to ensure that your items arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Returns must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. Please note that returns are free for fragrances and makeup orders within our delivery regions. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within fourteen (14) days of receiving your return request or the returned product(s). If you paid by Cash on Delivery, your refund will be issued via bank transfer.
All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, sealed, and include all accompanying documents provided at delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any personalized, altered, or damaged products, nor items that are used, unsealed, incomplete, or soiled.
