Our features a wide range of products, including handbags, accessories, shoes, jewelry, home décor, makeup, and ready-to-wear clothing.

You can explore collections inspired by the runway or check out our exclusive capsule collections. We also offer Custom Made to Order and personalized items.

Each product is marked with its availability status: In stock, Available in 1-3 weeks, Pre-Order, or Out of stock.

The Lorrive products are crafted with the finest materials, design, and craftsmanship, with most items produced in Italy.

Notable exceptions include watches, primarily made in UAE; fragrances produced in France and the UAE; cosmetics sourced from the UAE.

The Lorrive is dedicated to fostering a culture of sustainability, prioritizing a responsible approach to our community and the environment. We actively seek out sustainable materials and manufacturing methods to create products that minimize environmental impact, innovate solutions, and support the people who contribute to our mission.

Our journey has already begun with initiatives such as using organic fabrics, recycled materials, metal-free tanning processes, and scrap-less cutting.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

For most items you won’t be charged until your order is shipped.

When you place your order, we’ll authorize payment for the total amount and begin preparing your order for shipment.

The full charge will occur at the time of shipping.

All prices include VAT.

Currently, we are unable to offer tax refunds for purchases.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once your order has been submitted.

Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled or modified; however, you may return your item in accordance with Lorrive`s Return Policy.

How many days do I have to exchange or return item?

Returns and exchanges may be made within 14 days from the date of delivery by returning your item by carrier to the address on the return shipping label.

Returns can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery by shipping your item back to the address on the return shipping label.

To be eligible for a refund, returned merchandise must meet the following requirements:

  • All items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
  • For lingerie, the protective covering must remain intact.
  • Returns for items with a return tag will only be accepted if the label has not been removed.
  • Intimates, including swimwear, tights, socks, and lingerie, must be unworn, in original packaging, and with all labels attached.

Décor items, such as chairs or items with non-standard dimensions, may require special return instructions. If you wish to return one of these items, please contact us.

For Size Exchanges:
To exchange your item for a different size of the same product, click the link in your order confirmation email or sign in to your account and go to 'My Orders'. For other types of exchanges, please contact us.

Once your exchange is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email.

Packaging Your Return:

  • Pack your item in its original packaging, including the cotton tote bag, any accessories, instruction booklet, labels, and return tag.
  • Ensure the item is in new condition with protective coverings intact (where applicable).

Shipping Instructions:

  1. Print and attach the prepaid shipping label to the package.
  2. Arrange for pickup by contacting the carrier using the number in the return request email or on the return thank you page after completing your return online. Alternatively, visit “MyDHL+” at My DHL or use the “DHL Express Mobile App.” Select your country and choose the “Schedule a Pickup” tab using the waybill number on the return label.

All returns using the prepaid shipping label are complimentary. Please note that Gucci is not responsible for items returned using alternative carriers; we recommend using the prepaid label. If you do not receive your prepaid shipping label or can't find it, please contact us here.

You can track your return using the carrier tracking number found on your prepaid shipping label, via “MyDHL+” at MyDHL or the “DHL Express Mobile App.”

Processing Time:
Once your return is received at our warehouse, exchanges will be processed within 14 business days, and the refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that if your item does not comply with our returns policy, it will be sent back to you without a refund.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return is completed. Please be aware that shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Important Notes:

  • Online exchanges are only available for size changes. For other types of exchanges, please contact us.
  • For PayPal orders, exchanges can only be processed for the same or lower value. If exchanging for a lower-cost item, you will receive a partial refund to your PayPal account.
  • For Wire Transfer purchases, exchanges for lower-value items will result in a refund for the cost difference. Exchanges for higher-value items are not permitted
 

Additional fees for delivery are non-refundable.
