We currently ship to mainland Germany, France, Portugal, Brazil, the UK, Spain, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. Please note that we do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, or the Balearic Islands.
Shipping Options:
- Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over 600 AED. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of 20 AED will apply.
- Deliveries to main cities typically take 1-2 business days for orders placed by 13:00.
- Deliveries occur between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit from carolinaherrera.com to your delivery address. Once your package is delivered and signed for, it is no longer covered by insurance. A signature is required upon delivery to ensure that your items arrive safely and in perfect condition.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return any product free of charge (except for final sale items, which are non-returnable). Returns must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. Please note that returns are free for fragrances and makeup orders within our delivery regions. To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within fourteen (14) days of receiving your return request or the returned product(s). If you paid by Cash on Delivery, your refund will be issued via bank transfer.
All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, sealed, and include all accompanying documents provided at delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any personalized, altered, or damaged products, nor items that are used, unsealed, incomplete, or soiled.
If your return does not meet these criteria, we will not be able to process a refund for the product(s).
